can relate to being “stuck” sometimes, creatively. Here’s a trick I use to get the creative juices flowing and also rediscover what is possible in our software.
This was just an exercise in creating “something from nothing”. Each final result is unique and all from a common source.
I Started with …
a blank, square, new file in Photoshop ( or GIMP ) and added a layer with an orange gradient strip that went all the way across from side to side, but covered about 15% of the image from top to bottom. Then copied the strip several times to fill the page.

after I ran that image through the Polar Coordinates filter and also liquify (on a couple images).
This one involved two different images and a blend mode….
This one reminded me of the cartoon Porky Pig goodbye… Tha, Tha, Tha,,,, That’s all folks!
